【Abstract】 Dunaliella salina contains higher β-carotene and proteins.It adapts to grow under conditions of salty water and strong light. For the sake of mass culture,we’ve studied its biological properties and cul-ture condition s,the result of the experiments demonstrated that the best culture medium for Dunaliellasalina is composed of 2 mol/L NaCl,6.5 mmol/L NaHCO₃, 5 mmol/L KNO₃, 5 mmol/L MgSO₄ and0.3mmol/L KH₂PO₄.更多还原
