盐生杜氏藻Dunaliella salina的生物学特性与培养研究
Biological properties and culture conditions of Dunaliella salina
【摘要】 盐生杜氏藻富含β-胡萝卜素和蛋白质,适宜在高纬度、光照强的各种咸水环境中生长.对它的生物学特性和培养条件进行了研究,发现适宜于盐生杜氏藻生长的培养基主要成份为:2mol/LNaCl,5mmol/LKNO_3,6.5mmol/LNaHCO_3,5mmol/LMgSO_4,0.3mmol/LKH_2PO_4.
【Abstract】 Dunaliella salina contains higher β-carotene and proteins.It adapts to grow under conditions of salty water and strong light. For the sake of mass culture,we’ve studied its biological properties and cul-ture condition s,the result of the experiments demonstrated that the best culture medium for Dunaliellasalina is composed of 2 mol/L NaCl,6.5 mmol/L NaHCO3, 5 mmol/L KNO3, 5 mmol/L MgSO4 and0.3mmol/L KH2PO4.
