【Abstract】 The transformation of a sperm nucleus into a male pronucleus in the fertilized egg of gold-fish,Carassius auratus is discued with transmission elcctron microscope. It is proved that the transforma-tion also entails the three essential events:breakdown of the sperm nuclear envelope,dccondcnsation ofthe tightly packed chromatin and formation of the male pronuclear envelope.更多还原
