麦草绿液法制造可漂化学浆蒸煮机理的研究
STUDY OF PRODUCTING BLEACHABLE WHEAT STRAW PULP BY GREEN LIQUOR
【摘要】 本文对麦草绿液法制浆过程中的纤维分离点、脱木素反应历程等进行了研究,研究结果表明:麦草绿液法制浆条件下达到纤维分离点时纸浆具有较KP法、AS-AQ法高的Kappa值;蒸煮过程中木素的反应历程可分为三个阶段,蒸煮温度140℃以前为大量脱木素阶段;140℃至蒸煮最高温度165℃并保温60min时为补充脱木素阶段;165℃时保温60min以后保温90min至蒸煮结束,为溶出木素的再沉淀吸附阶段。木素的磺化反应在蒸煮温度100℃以前就有可能发生。
【Abstract】 The defibrination point and mechanism of delignification in wheat straw cooking with green liquor were studied. The results show that the pulp produced with green liquor has a high,er Kappa number than with KP and AS-AQ in the defibrination point, the dissolution of liqnin may be divided into three phase: the bulk phase (below 140℃), the supplementary phase (from 140℃ to keep for 60 min at 165℃). and the redeposition phase of the dissolved lignin (from 60 min to 150 min at 165℃). The study of lignin extracted from spent liquor with 1R spectrum show that sulfonation of lignin takes place at 100℃ or below 100℃ during cooking.
