植物残体腐解中腐解物和微生物菌体的能态特征
The Energetic Dynamic Characteristics of Decaying Substances and Microbe Thallus in Decaying of Plant Residues
【摘要】 砂滤管内玉米秸秆各腐解期腐解物的微生物数量与土壤中植物残体腐解过程中的微生物消长演替一般规律相符。腐解物中3类菌体的能态:细菌>真菌>放线菌,且随腐解时间延长,菌体热值呈增加趋势。
【Abstract】 The determing results of microbial numbers of decaying substance invarious decaying periods of corn straws in carborundum tubes showed that the resultwas in agreement with usual law of the rolling and developing and evolving of microbe inthe decaying process of plant residues in soils. The energetics of three group thalluses indecaying substance was bacterium>fungi>actinomycetes,and their calorific values wereon the increasing tendency with decaying time increased.Thus ,it was indicated that thethalluses of substance component of low thermal effect substituted the thalluses of sub-stance component of higher thermal effect,i.E. it disclosed″substitution phenomenon ofbacterium was more obvious than the fungi and actinomycetes
