主成分分析法在玉米杂交种选育上的应用
The Application of Key Component Analysis in the Selection of Hybrid Species
【摘要】 对育种中常用的Mo17等10个自交系所组配的45个杂交种之18个性状进行了主成分分析,并对累积贡献率大于85%以上的三个主成分与18个性状间的相关系数进行了研究。结果表明,第1主成分聚积了大多产量性状,其累积贡献率为45.1%,第2主成分为株型正因于到经济性状负因于,第3主成分聚积着叶片正因子和灌浆负因子之信息。以此认为,I1较大,I2较小,I3适中的杂交种的综合性状较好。并认为,杂交种I1、I2、I3的大小与其自交系的关系密切。
【Abstract】 A key component analysis was conducted among 18 agricultural characteristics in 45 maize hybrid cultivars from 10 commonly-used inbred lines, such as Mo 17. The coefficients of the three most important key components (I1,I2 and I3 with more than 85% accumulated contribution ratio) and the eighteen agricultural characteristics were studied. The results revealed that the I1 had 45. 1% of accumulated contribution and most of the grain yield characteristics; the I2 contained positive factors for plant character and negative factors for economical traits ; while the I3 had positive factors for leaf and negative factors for milking fulfilment. Thus, the ideal hybrid cultivar was that it should have a greater I1, smaller I2 and moderate I3 for forming a good comprehensive agricultural characteristics. It could be seen that the ideal characteristics of I1, I2 and I3 were closely related with their self-inbred lines.
