玉米自交系结实性和籽粒产量的配合力

【摘要】 用9个玉米自交系及其完全双利杂交的36个组合对玉米自交系结实性和籽粒产量的配合力进行了研究,结果表明,自交系结实性的一般配合力和特殊配合力均达到极显著差异。F1的结实性与其亲本系呈极显著正相关(r=0.7008)。自交系籽粒产量的一般配合力差异不显著,所配组合的特殊配合力差异极显著。F1的籽粒产量与亲本系结实性呈正相关(r=0.534),但未达显著水平。F1的籽粒产量与结实性的相关也不显著(r=0.0155)。

【Abstract】 By using nine inbred lines of maize , thirty-six crosses were made according to complete diallel cresses. The combining ability of percentage of seed setting and grain yield of the inbred lines were studied. The results indicated that the general combining ability and specific combining ability of the inbred lines had signicant differences at P = 0. 01. The percentage of seed setting of F1 hybrids had a significant relationship with that of its parent. The correlation coefficient was 0. 7008. The general combining ability of grain yield of the inbred lines didn’t show signficant differences while the specific ability of crossed hybrids had signficant differences at P = 0. 01. The cerrelation coefficient of grain yield of F1 hybrids to the percentage of seed setting of inbred lines was 0. 534, but without significant differences. The correlation coefficient of grain yield of F1 hybrids to the percentage of seed setting of F1 hybrids was 0. 0155 and had no significent difference neither.
