小麦性状的缺体分析
NULLISOMIC ANALYSIS OF WHEAT CHARACTERISTICS
【摘要】 用阿勃小麦稳定自交结实缺体系统分别对大谷核不育材料的核不育基因和小麦-黑麦抗条锈病易位系陕麦8934元条锈基因进行缺体分析研究。结果表明,太谷核不育基因M_(52)位于4D染色体上,并且M_(s2)在半合状态下仍然有效;陕麦893对条中29号生理小种表现免疫,控制抗性的基因为显性,位于4A染色体上。
【Abstract】 Male sterile gene Ms2 of Taigu and resistant gene to stripe rust of wheat-rye translocation lineshaanmai 893 were analyzed by nullisomic analysis with the stable selffertile nullisomic lines of com-mon wheat cultivar Abbondanza.The results showed that the male sterile gene Ms2 of Taigu was locat-ed on chromsome 4D.The gene Ms2 of Taigu was active in hemizygote. The resistant gene to stripe rust race Tiaozhong No. 29 of Shaanmai 893 located on chromosome 4A.
