【Abstract】 Salmonellosis in chicken secriously endangers human health and poultry husbandry,By asing of ce-cum content in healthy adult chicken ,Nurumi et al (1973)had developed the competitivc exclusion(CE)that can make the reactor flocks of salmonell0sis decrease to 6.5%and had significant effecs on purifying the chicken farm contaminated by salmonella Some ecological agents had been recently de-veloped by means of single strain and multiple strains with reference to CE and were used to controlling the salmonellosis in chicken.They had certain effects but their efficiency was less than that of CE.Re-cently , the composition and ratio of intestinal microflora in the aduit chicken were detailedly investigat-ed so as to find the the bacterial strains with capacity of competitive exclusion,to rveal their inteaction and ecological property, and to preoare the more effective ecological agents.更多还原
