耳片孔边穿透裂纹应力强度因子组合法计算和实验研究

【摘要】 以叠加原理为基础组合法在工程结构应力的近似分析中得到广泛应用。本文将组合法用于计算分布钉压下耳片孔边穿透裂纹应力强度因子。用云纹法实测耳片应力强度因子探讨组合法的预计精度.通过计算实例,探讨了提高组合法计算精度应该遵循的原则。

【Abstract】 The compounding method combines known solutions to obtain an approximate stress intensity factor(SIF). Kathircsan et al in 1984[1] applied the method of Cartwright et al to calculation of approximate stress intensity factor of aircraft lug which contains crack(s) at hole and bears pin bearing pressure load. The aim of the authors is to explore in this paper how to improve on Ref.[4] by exploring the principles by which the best way of compounding out of several possible ones can be found.Calculation of SIF of a typical cracked lug was made using different combinations of known solutions. From the comparision of these different results, the third one of the authors’ three conclusions gives the principles by which the best way of compounding may be found.The authors also determinc SIF cxperimentally by Moire method of strain analysis. The comparsion between the results of the compounding method and those of Moire method arc in good agreement.
