60Si2MnA油淬火回火钢丝制摇架弹簧的抗松弛性
Research on the Relaxation Ability of 60Si2MnA Oil-Temepering Wire
【摘要】 基于不同的尺寸稳定化处理，探讨６０Ｓｉ２ＭｎＡ油淬火回火钢丝制摇架弹簧的松弛稳定性，测定了松弛曲线与残余应力，分析了材质、尺寸稳定化处理和刻蚀处理对松弛的影响．
【Abstract】 This paper explored the relaxation stability of compression spring made of oiltemepered 60Si2MnA wire.The relaxation curves and residual stress were measured,and the effects of material,size stablizing treadment and chemical corroding on the relaxation were analysed.
