【Abstract】 Two antibiotics(Norfloxacin and Cefazolin)were selected to control contaminated bacteriaresistant to Penicillin and streptomycin,by testing the tolerance of hybridoma cells and sesitivity ofcontaminated bacteria to a variety of antibiotics. The specificity of McAb secreted by hybridoma cellswas also observed.The resultS showed that Nornoxacin and cefazolin had lower cytotoxicity tohybridoma cells and high effect on bacteria.They might be useful in controlling contamination ofhybridoma cells and other cell cultures.更多还原
