室温形变对渗硼的影响
Effect of Room-Temperature Deformation on Boronization
【摘要】 本文研究了室温形变对渗硼过程的影响。试验结果表明,预先冷变形可在一定程度上增加渗层厚度,并在形变量与渗层厚度之间存在一个最佳值;预先冷变形还可增加齿状度,这对改善渗层性能及与基体的结合力起到有益的作用。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effect of room-temperature defarmation on boronization is investigated. The results show that the boronizing thickness is increased by the predeformation. There exists the optimum value between the extent of pre-deformation and boronning thinkness. And the pre-deformation can prolong the gear-tooth like boronning layer,this may benefit the bonded strength between boronning layer and base material.
