扬子毛茛和石龙芮的核型研究
THE KARYOTYPE ANALYSIS OF RANUNCULUS SIEBOLDII AND RANUNCULUS SCELEHATUS
【摘要】 报道了浙江省常见的2种毛茛属植物──扬子毛茛RanunculussieboldiiMiq.和石龙芮RanunculussceleratusL.的染色体资料。扬子毛茛体细胞染色体数目2n=32,核型组成:K(2n)=4x=32=16m+8sm+8st。石龙芮体细胞染色体数目2n=32,核型组成:K(2n)=4x=32=8m+24sm。
【Abstract】 The karyotypes and chromosome numbers in the root-tip cells of R. siboldii and R. sceleratus were studied.The chromosome numbers in these species were found to be 2n=32. Their karyotype formulas are presented as follows: R. sieboldii L.K(2n)=4x=32=16m+8sm+8st, R. sceleratus L.,K(2n)=4x=32=8m+24sm.
