模拟失重兔在背─胸向超重作用后的脏器形态学的变化
Morphological Changes of Viscera Simulated Weightlessness Rabbits after-Gx Stress
【摘要】 失重飞行后航天员的超重耐力是下降的,为了探讨超重耐力下降的机理,因而观察了正常兔(n=10)和模拟失重兔(n214)在-4Gx离心机上作用3min后脑、心、肺、肾四个脏器微血管和组织形态学的变化。结果是正常兔在-4Gx作用后四个脏器的微血管和小静脉充血,肺动脉充血,出现肺不张和肺扩张。模拟失重兔-4Gx作用后,以上变化较正常组明显加重,肺、心部位有明显出血症状。结果提示失重后超重耐力下降与失重所引起的组织形态学变化有关。
【Abstract】 The g tolearance of astronaut after space flight decrease.In order to study the mechanism of decrease of g tolearance,the morphological changes of brain,heart,lung and kidney in control rabbits(n=10) and simulated weightlessness(SWL) rabbits were observed after-4Gx stress.The results showed that the congestion in microvessel and veinlet of four organs,congestion of pulmonary artery,pulmonary emphysema and drowned lung were appearance in control rabbits after -4Gx stress.The morphological change in SWL rabbite after -4Gx stress liked the changes in control,but more serious and hemorrhage in pulmonary and myocardium appears.The results indicated the the decrease of g tolerance after space flight is associated with the morphological changes caused by weightlessness.
