【摘要】 对北京地区０～１３岁健康儿童２８５名进行血清２５（ＯＨ）Ｄ水平测定，均值为（５７．５±１９．８）ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ。同时对２５名乳儿肝炎患儿血清２５（ＯＨ）Ｄ水平测定，其均值为（２２．５±１７．４）ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ，明显低于健康儿童，说明血清２５（ＯＨ）Ｄ是一个敏感的生化指标，对儿科临床诊断有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 hydroxy vitamin D levels were examined in 285 normal children aged 0￣13 years. The average level was (57.5±19.8) nmol/L. It was also examined in 25 cases of infants with hepatitis.The average level was (22.5±17.4)nmol/L, which was much lower than the average level of healthy children. The results indicate that 25-hydroxy Vitamin D is a sensitive biochemical index in evaluation of the vitamin D nutritional statuts of children.更多还原
