88Ni-Fe合金超细微粒的制备、磁性以及热分析
PREPARATION, MAGNETIC PROPERTIES AND THERMAL ANALYSIS OF 88 Ni-Fe ALLOY ULTRAFINE PARTICLES
【摘要】 气相蒸发法制备的88at% Ni-Fe合金超细微粒,平均垃径为 5一84nm,观察、分析了样品的形貌、结构、成分、磁性、表面吸附以及氧化等,结果表明,做粒晶体结构呈面心立方,晶格常数及成分均接近于块材,表面吸附一层氮气分子,微粒单畴临界尺寸约为37nm,由此算出有效各向异性常数为 6.16×105erg·cm-3,远大于块材,发现样品的居里温度呈现一定分布,并与微粒的尺寸分布及其表面(界面)层有关.
【Abstract】 88at% N1-Fe alloy ultrafine particles were prepared by gas evaporation method, whose average diameter ranges from 5 to 84nm. The morphology, structure, composition, magnetic properties, surface absorption and oxidization of the samples-were observed and analyzed, The results show that, the crystal structure is fcc, the lattice constants and the composition of the particles almost agree with the bulk, nitrogen gas is absorbed on its surface. The critical single domain size is about 37nm, the value of effective magnetic anisotropy Constance is determined as 6.16×105 erg·cm-3. The distribution of Curie temperature connects with the range of size and the surface (interface) layer.
