(Bi,Cd)Sr2(Ln,Ce)nCu2Oy超导体及界面反应的光电子能谱研究
PHOTOELECTRON SPECTROSCOPY STUDIES FOR SUPERCONDUCTORS (Bi,Cd)Sr2(Ln,Ce)nCu2Oy AND THE INTERFACE REACTION
【摘要】 用光电子能谱研究了(Bi.Cd)Sr2(Ln,Ce)?Cu2Oy的电子结构,以及其与铝之间的反应.芯能级结果表明:(Bi,Cd)Sr2(Ln,Ce)?Cu2Oy系列中n=1,2和3三种材料的结果基本一致,并且类似其它超导材料中相同元素的芯能级结果.在(Bi,Cd)Sr2(Ln,Ce)?Cu2Oy与铝的界面处,铝与(Bi,Cd)Sr2(Ln,Ce)?Cu2Oy中的元素发生强烈反应,Bi—O,Sr—O和Cu—O键受到破坏,铜的价态从+2变为+1,并且同时伴随着超导电性的消失.铝从超导材料中获取氧形成氧化铝.
【Abstract】 Electronic structure of superconductors (Bi,Cd)Sr2(Ln,Ce) Cu2O7 and interface characteristics between contact material aluminium and these superconductors were studied. Core level results show that the three materials with n= 1,2,3 have nearly the same spectra which are similar to core level spectra of the interface between Al and (Bi,Cd)Sr2(Ln,Ce) Cu2Oy, Aluminium strongly reacts with all elements, disrupting Bi-O, Sr-O and Cu-O bonds with a loss of superconductivity at the surface. The valence of copper changes from 2+ to 1+ as a result of aluminium adatoms, and aluminium takes oxygen from the superconducting materials and forms aluminium oxide.
