高压淬火直接形成Pd-Si块状纳米晶合金
PREPARATION OF BULK Pd-Si NANOCRYSTALLINE ALLOY BY PRESSURE-QUENCHING FROM MELT
【摘要】 介绍通过液态合金的高压淬火直接形成Pd-Si块状纳米晶合金的方法及其研究结果.X射线衍射及高分辨电子显微镜分析表明,Pd?Si?合金在低于5.0GPa的压力下以100K/s的冷却速率淬火时形成普通晶粒组织.而当在5.0至6.5GPa的压力下以同样的冷却速率淬火时,得到了晶垃尺寸为30—40nm的块状纳米晶合金.采用这种方法制备的Pd-Si块状纳米晶合金具有高密度、无微孔及晶界间无杂质的特点.
【Abstract】 Investigation was carried out about treating Pd82Si18 alloy by pressure-quenching method from melt. The results of X-ray diffraction and high resolution electron microscopy showed that Pd82Si18 nanophase alloy with crystal grain sizes ranging between 30-40 nm was synthesized by pressure-quenching under 5.0-6.5 GPa with a cooling rate of 100K/s. However, when the pressure applied during quenching was lower than 5.0 GPa at the same cooling rate, Pd82Si18 alloy consisted of normal crystalline grains. The bulk Pd82Si18 nanocrystalline alloy prepared in this manner has high density, porousless, less impurity and less oxide on the grain boundaries.
