A3钢铬铝共渗及耐氧化性研究
Improvement of Oxidation Resistance of Steels by Co - Diffusion Coating of Cr and Al
【摘要】 本文以改善碳钢的耐氧化性和抗蚀性为目的,用粉末法对A3钢进行了渗铬、渗铝和铬铝共渗。用光学显微镜和电子探针仪研究了加热工艺参数与渗剂成分对渗层厚度和成分的影响。结果表明,渗剂成分为93%Cr,7%A1,经1100℃,16h共渗处理后,渗层表面铬铝含量分别为17%和8%,具有良好的耐氧化性和抗蚀性。
【Abstract】 In order to improve corrosion -resistance of carbon steels, diffusion-coating processes of Cr,Al, and their mixtures were investigated by using a pack-cementation method,where pure Cr and Fe - 50 mass %A1 alloy powders as well as their mixtures were used- The diffusion layer thickness and concentration profiles were determined as functions of temperatures, diffusion times,and chemical compositions of Cr and Al mixtures. The surface layer containing 17 mass %Cr and 8 mass %A1 was used. Corrosion test indicated that this surface layer is highly protective against high temperature oxidation in air at 800℃.
