酸沉醇洗法制备富硒菜子浓缩蛋白

【摘要】 以富硒莱子为原料,采用酸沉醇洗的方法制备富硒莱于浓缩蛋白,并研究不同工艺条件对产品质量的影响。

【Abstract】 With rapeseed rich in Se as a raw material, concentrated protein of rapeseed ri n Se is pr pared and the effect of various technological conditions on product quality isalse s udied.
