磁力轴承主轴部件结构振动的有限元计算
Finite Element Analysis of Structure Vibration of Spindle Suspended by Active Magnetic Bearings
【摘要】 采用平面梁的有限元法对磁力轴承主轴部件结构的动态特性进行了计算,探讨了磁力轴承支承简化处理问题,提出了解决办法,并对实验装置进行了计算。由此,提出了磁力轴承主轴部件设计所要注意的问题。
【Abstract】 The dynamic property of the structure of the spindle suspended by active magnetic bearings (AMB) calculated by the finite element method in two-dimension. The simplification of the support for active magnetic bearings is discussed and its solution is put forward. As result, some points for designing the spindle of AMB are put forward.
