β-TCP多孔陶瓷药物载体的制备与微观结构
Preparing and Microstructure of β-TCP Porous Ceramic Drug Carrier
【摘要】 选择生物相容性好、可生物降解的β-Ca3(PO4)(简作β-TCP)作为基体材料,掺入适量粘结剂,按一定工艺过程制成β-TCP多孔陶瓷药物载体,并对其微观结构进行了测定和分析。
【Abstract】 Ca3 (PO4)2(β-TCP) which has superior biocompatibility and biodegradability is selected as fundamental material of the drug carrier. After adding some binder into β-TCP porous ceramic drug carrier is made by certain technological process. And its microstructure is observed.
