不同光周期反应的等基因系与农垦58s杂交后代的育性遗传
INHERITANCE OF PHOTOPERIOD-CONDITIONED MALE STERILITY OF RICE IN CROSSES WITH ISOGENIC LINES WITH DIFFERENT PHOTOPERIODE RESPONSE
【摘要】 农垦58s与一对感光性不同的等基因系杂交,观察了F1~F5代的生育期和育性的变化.生育期从F2代起出现连续变异,并有超亲类型.F1代结实率为54.8%~75.1%,可以认为不育性是隐性性状,F1~F5代的育性呈连续分离,在F2代没有3:1或15:1的分离比例,到F5代不育性还不能稳定.不育株(结实率<10%)的抽穗期连续分布于整个杂种群体的抽穗期间,而不局限于某一抽穗期间,表明感光性和光敏性是基本独立遗传的,但不同组合又有差异,与感光性弱的Lmc杂交的偏早,与感光性强的Lmu杂交的偏晚,表明感光性与光敏性又有一定的联系.
【Abstract】 Nonken 58 s was crossed with a pair of isogenic lines withdifferent photoperiode response Lmc/Lmc and Lmu/Lmu. The F1~F5 generations were studied according to thesegregation of pollen fertility and date of panicle emergence. The segregation of date of panicle emergence showed continuous variation beginning from F2,transgressing semtimes bothparents. The F1 plants showed 54. 8% ~75. 1% spikelet fertility, with male sterility seemingto be recessive. Segregation spikelet fertility from F2~F5 showed a successive variation and isnot 3: 1 or 15: 1 proportion in F2 gereration. The sterility was unstable until F5 generation.The dates of panicle emergence in sterile plants (spikelet fertility <10%) is successive distribution during the dates of panicle emergence of whole hybrid and in not limited in severaldates. This results indicated that the inheritances of photoperiodc responsivenens ore independent of each other, but difference in different cross combination. In the progenies ofcrossing with Lme,the dates of panicle emergence tend to be earlier than that of crossing withLmu. The resultes indicate photoperiodc sensitivety is relative to photoperiodc responsiveness.
