镁橄揽石砂(粉)取代石英砂(粉)制造熔模铸造型壳的工艺研究
Shell-Making Process of Investment Casting Using Mg-Olivine Sand(and Flour)Instead of Silica Sand(and Flour)
【摘要】 进行了镁橄榄石砂(粉)制造熔模铸造型壳的工艺研究,与石英砂(粉)型壳比较的结果表明,镁橄榄石砂(粉)型壳有较高的常温和高温强度,较低的残留强度、热膨胀率和热变形率,得到的铸件质量也较好。
【Abstract】 A Shell-making process of investment casting using Mg-olivine sand(and flour)instead of silica sand(and flour)was studied.comparing to the silica sand(and flour)shell,the Mg-olivine sand(and flour)shell has higher room-temp. and high-temp.strength,lower retained strength and lower rates of expansion and deformation. A better casting quality was obtained.
