牛磺酸对运动大鼠血浆中氨基酸浓度的影响

【摘要】 为探讨牛磺酸对运动机体的作用,我们观察了牛磺酸对运动大鼠血浆中氨基酸浓度的影响。结果表明:1.运动+牛磺酸组血浆中牛磺酸浓度较对照组、运动组都显著增加。2.支链氨基酸(BCAA)在运动+牛磺酸组的浓度较对照组显著增加,芳香族氨酸酸(AAA)的浓度在各组间无明显差异。表明牛磺酸可明显提高运动大鼠血浆中BCAA的浓度,降低AAA/BCAA的比值,从而抑制AAA转运入脑,保持中枢的兴奋状态,延迟运动性疲劳的出现或降低疲劳程度。

【Abstract】 Effects of taurine on the plasma amino acids in exercise rats were observed to investigate the anti-fatigue mechanism of taurine.The results showed that:1.the taurine concentration in exercise +taurinegroup increased significantly compared with that in control or exercise group;2.the BCAA concentration in exercise+taurine group also increased significantly compared with control or exercise group,and AAA unchanged.The decrease of the AAA/BCAA ratio in plasma after taurine administration could lead to an decrease in the rate of transport of AAA across the blood-brain barrier.The decreased concentration of AAA in brain may inhibit,at least in part,the development of physical and/or mental fatigue during exercise.
