10频道无再生中继使用光纤放大器的波分复用光纤传输实验系统
An Experimental 10-channel Nonregenerated WDM Optical Fiber Transmission System with EDFA
【摘要】 在国内首次研制了10频道、102km无再生中继使用1个平坦增益光纤放大器的WDM光纤传输实验系统。每频道传输码率为140Mb/s(223-1NRZPRBS或CMIPRBS)。系统全部采用国产DFB激光器,它们的波长分别为1531nm、1535nm、1537nm、1545nm、1547nm、1549nm、1551nm、1559nm、1561nm,在波长为1551nm的频道内布置了2路频率间隔为1OGHz的频分复用(FDM)系统。波长分布遍及整个光纤放大器的通带。10个频道传输102km后,在误码率为1×10-9条件下,实测尚有数dB(最大为12dB)的功率裕量。系统使用了具有18个频道的能力且频道间隔为2nm的光栅合、分波器,作为波分复用和解复用器。
【Abstract】 An experimental 10-channel,102km nonregenerated WDM optical fiber Transmission system with a gain-flat EDFA and code pattern being 140Mb/s 223-1 NRZ PRBS or CMI PRBS is built first in China.DFB lasers made in China are used in the system and their wavelengths are about 1531nm,1535nm,1537nm,1545nm,1547nm,1549nm,1551nm,1559nm and 1561nm,which cover all operating passband of the EDFA.Two FDM channels with a frequency spacing of 10 GHz fall into the 1551nm WDM channel.The optical signals are strong enough to have power margin of several dB (Maximum one can be up to 12 dB for the 1535nm) for BER of 10-9 after they are transmitted through 102km.A grating multiplexer and a grating demultiplexer with a channel spacing of 2 nm and a capacity of 18 channels are employed in the system.
