【摘要】 本文对充油１，２－聚丁二烯橡胶在胶鞋大底中应用进行了研究，对１，２－聚丁二烯橡胶的克油量、充油胶在材料中的用量以及硫化、补强体系作了讨论．结果表明克油可改善材料的加工性，提高抗湿滑性，有利于补强剂在共混材料中的分散，其加工物性与充油丁苯橡胶相似，由此可见１，２－聚丁二烯充油胶制高档防滑运动鞋切实可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Application of oil-extended 1,2-polybutadiene(1,2-BR)on the bottom of rubber shoes was studied in this paper.The filling oil amount,oil-extended rubber amount,curing and reinforcing system were discussed respectively.It shows oil-extended 1,2-BR can improve Processing behavior of the materials,increase resistance to aquaplaning,improve dispersion of reinforcing agents in the rubber.The mechanical properties of vulcanizate prepared with the oil-exetended 1,2-BR were as same as oil-extended butadiene-styrene rubber.The oil-extended 1,2-BR may be used to produce the bottom of high grade sports shoes.更多还原
