【摘要】 对５１例老年肺心病患者同时进行血清β＿２－ＭＧ和尿液β＿２－ＭＧ、Ａｌｂ、ＩｇＧＲＩＡ。２３例无呼衰患者ｓβ＿２－ＭＧ、ｕβ＿２－ＭＧ、ｕＡｌｂ含量高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５－０．０１）；２８例呼衰患者ｓβ＿２－ＭＧ、ｕβ＿２－ＭＧ、ｕＡｌｂ、ｕＩｇＧ均高于无呼衰组（Ｐ＜０．０１－０．００１）。提示：老年肺心病无呼衰时肾小球和肾小管功能已轻度受损，呼衰时肾小球功能进一步损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of RIA about serum β₂-MG and urine β₂-MG ,Alb ,IgG in the senile patients with cor pulmonale are reported. The contents of sβ₂-MG,uβ₂-MG,uAlb in non-respiratory failure group arehigher than that of the control group.The contents of sβ₂MG, uβ₂-MG,uAlb and uIgG in the respiratory failure group are higher than that of the non-respiratory failure group.The results show that therenal glomerulus and renal tubules functions are slightly damaged in non-respiratory failure group,while functions of the respiratory failure group become worse.更多还原
