【Abstract】 The association between QSOs and galaxies has been examined by the two point angular cross-correlation function using the LBQS QSO sample in the Virgo field and the BST galaxy catalog of the Virgo cluster. We have found statistically significant evidence of the association at angular separations of 5’<θ<40’ for the member galaxies of the Virgo cluster, but not for the background galaxies. We also examined the relation between the association and apparent magnitudes of the objects.更多还原
