【摘要】 我们为新药“人体表皮生长因子”（以下简称ＨＥＧＦ）提供安全使用的科学依据，进行了大鼠致畸敏感期毒性试验和小鼠精子畸形试验。结果表明，ＨＥＧＦ在临床应用液１００倍、２００倍剂量条件下，对孕鼠体重的增长，胚胎早期发育、胎鼠生长发育，骨骼及内脏器官发育等指标均无明显的影响。精子畸形试验阴性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to furnish scientific evidence for using HEGF safely , the toxity test on sensi- tive period of teratogenesis in rat and sperm teratogenicity test on mouse were carried out. It was found that in the dose of l00 or 200 times more than that to adult person the indexes of the weight gain of pregnant rat,the development of rat fetus,and the development of the skeleton and internal organs of rat fetus were alI not affected significantly.The sperm teratogenicity test was negative.更多还原
