【摘要】 报道免疫薄弱区肾囊内胰岛移植治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病患者６例。２例停用胰岛素治疗（其中１例停用胰岛素已达３９个月）。另外４例每日胰岛素需要量也大为减少。全部６例患者空腹血浆Ｃ─肽水平由移植前的０．１８４±０．０６Ｐｍｏｌ／ｍｌ升至移植后的０．３７６±０．Ｏ６Ｐｍｏｌ／ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０．０１）；餐后２小时血浆Ｃ─肽水平由移植前的０．３３４±０．０９Ｐｍｏｌ／ｍｌ升至移植后的１．０９４±０．１３Ｐｍｏｌ／ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０．０１）．空腹血糖由移植前的１３．２±２．５９ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ降至移植后的７．６０±０．７２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．０１）；餐后２小时血糖由移植前的１７．７±４．２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ降至移值后的９．９０±ｏ．８９ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．０１）．本研究提示，肾囊内胰岛移植治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病临床效果显著，移植物可能长期存活。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six cases of the type I diabetes mellitus were treated with pancreas islet transplanta-tion into the capsule of kindey.In 2 cases insulin was stopped with one as long as 36 monthes. The dai-ly dosages of insulin were decreasd remarkably in other 4 cases. In alI the 6 cases fasting serum C─pep-tide levels rose from 0.184±0.06pmol/ml to 0.376±0.06pmo/lml(P<0.01),and the serum C─petidelevels of postdiet 2h from 0·334±0.09pmol/ml rose to l.094±0.13pmol/ml(P<0.01). Fasting bloodsugar levels decrease from l3.2±2.59mmol/ml to 7.6±0.72mmol/ml(P<0.01),and the blood sugarlevels of post─diet 2h from l7.7±4.2lmmol/L decreas to 9.9±0.89mmol/L(P<0.01).The resultshowed that pancteas islet transplantation into the capsule of kindey is an effective therapy for type I di-abetes mellitus.
