不同处理温度条件下玻璃炭的微观结构变化

【摘要】 本文用径向分布函数法分析了在不同温度条件下制成的玻璃炭试样的微观结构,认为:[1]玻璃炭是按单层或乱层排列的微晶结构;[2]随着处理温度的升高,有序度逐渐变好,晶粒逐渐长大;[3]处理温度的高低只影响晶粒的大小、及有序度的好坏,而对微观基本结构无影响。本文还用计算机拟合方法,模拟了微晶结构的衍射线形,进一步证明了微观结构讨论的合理性。

【Abstract】 Abstract This paper discusses the structure of glassy carbon under different temperature eonditions by use of radial distribution function mothed.From our results,it is indicated:(1) the structure of glassy carbon is a kind of microcrystal structure arranged in single layer or disorder layer;(2) when the temperature raises, the degree of order becomes better,and crystallites grow larger;(3)the temperature only has effect on size of erystallites and the degree of order,but doesn’t affect the basics tucture.This paper also simulates the shade of the microcrystal diffracted line by use of the computer’s imitating mothed.From our imitating result,it is proved that the discussion on the micro-structure is reasonable.
