炭石墨材料中微孔各向异性的描述与实验测定
THE DESCRIPTION AND EXPERIMENTAL DETERMINATION OF THE ANISOTROPY OF MICRO-PORES IN CARBON AND GRAPHITE MATERIALS
【摘要】 材料中气孔的各向异性程度对材料的许多宏观性能有着重要的影响。本文根据X射线的小角散射的理论,提出并定义了描述炭石墨材料中微孔各向异性程度的特性参数──孔的形状因子。通过多种炭石墨材料试样中微孔形状因子的实验研究及由回转半径法确定的孔形状因子的比较研究,论证了本文定义的形状因子确实能给出对气孔各向异性程度的较准确的描述。研究同时说明,本研究中所讨论的炭石墨材料中气孔的形状有明显的差异。
【Abstract】 Abstract The anisotropy of pores in matenals has important effects on several materials’physical and chemical properties.According to the theory of small angle X-rayscattering,this paper defines a paramater,called shape factor,to describe the degree of anisotropy of micro-pores in carbon and graphite materials.It is shown that the shape factor defined in this paper,can properly describe the anisotropic degree of pores,through an experimental study on the pore shape factors of several carbon and graphite materials and a comparison between the shape factors determined using the method proposed by the authors and using the gyration radius method,The results also show that for the samples studied,the pores aremarkly different in shape.
