芳烃树脂的合成机理及其中间相转化研究
STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS MECHANISM OF AROMATIC RESIN AND ITS MESOPHASE TRANSFORMATION
【摘要】 使用精萘(NA)和工业重油三线芳烃(LDOHF)为原料,质子酸作催化剂合成了芳烃齐聚树脂.元素分析及NMR研究表明,该树脂杂原子含量低,芳核间以亚甲基桥相连接,进一步炭化能够形成光学各向异性发达的中间相体,有希望作为制备优质可纺性中间相沥青的原料.
【Abstract】 Using naphthalene and a heavy oil-LDOHF as raw materials and protonic acid as catalyst,Oligomer aromatic resins connected with methylene bridge was synthesized.The resin contains lower heteroaroms from elemental analysis, can form large domain anisotropic texture through heat treatment, and is possible to bt used as a precursor of fine spinuing mesophase pitch.
