水稻施用耐氨固氮菌的效应研究
Effect of Ammonium-Tolerant Nitrogen-Fixing Bacteria on Rice
【摘要】 定位试验表明:施用耐氨固氮菌能促进水稻根系对氮素的吸收,显著增加水稻产量.耐氨固氮菌具有固氮能力,但按现行的施用量则固氮水平不足30kg/hm2.在施氮水平较高的情况下。施用耐氨固氮菌能增加土壤有机质、全氮和碱解氮含量.
【Abstract】 Results obtained from experiment-fixed position during the period 1992 to 1993 show that the application of ATNB (Ammonium-Tolerant Nitrogen-fixing Bacteria) will increase rice yields,because ATNB promotes the root sustems of rice to absorb more nitrogen. The bacteria can fix nitrogen, but the fixing capacity is less than 30kg/hm2 at present application rate.Under the condition of higher N level, the application of ATNB will increase soil organic matter, total nitrogen and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen.
