串联型自振脉冲射流喷嘴的实验研究

【摘要】 进行了串联型自振脉冲射流喷吐射流冲击压力特性的实验研究。振荡腔室的固有频率是腔室几何结构参数的函数。优选两腔是几何参数,使腔空之间的固有频率相互藕合,激励出流体共振。虽然串联喷嘴阻力损失的增加,使射流平均能量有所降低,但射流的瞬时能量得到了调制,激励出更大的流体振荡。实验表明,提高了射流冲击压力的破碎岩石效率。

【Abstract】 he impact pressure characteristics of the jet flow from the pluse jet flow nozzles with series pattern and auto-oscillation are experimentally researched. The eigcnfrequency of oscillation cavity is the function of cavity’s geometric structural parameters. The geometric parameters of two cavities are optimally seeked out so as to make the eigenfrequency between the cavities couple each other and impel out fluid resonance. Although the resistance force increase of series nozzles makes the average energy of jet flow decreased but it lets the instantaneous energy modulated to impel more fluid resonances. Experiment shows the rock breaking efficiency of jet flow impact pressure is enhanced.
