【Abstract】 In this experiment,the effects of Lingzhi(Ganoderma Lucidum)on reperfusion arrhythmia and heart function of isolated working rat heart was studied.The result showed that Lingzhi significantly reduced the number of PVC (premature ventricular complexes),postponed the occurring time of the first PVC and decreased the heart rate on the pre-is-chmia duration. However,it did not influence left ventricular pressure, coronary flow,aortic flow, ±dp/dt,left ventricular end diastolic pressure as compared with control group.更多还原
