【Abstract】 Author used alkali saponification method to refine silk cocoon crude oil. The study result showed that low acid value of neutral oil after alkali treatment was obtained with alkali concentration from 10% to 13%. Exeed alkali quantity was carried out according to the acid value of crude oil by test in laboratory,because silk cocoon oil acid value existed great differences. Peroxide value of silk cocoon oil after alkali treatment was affected by temperature,times and stir speed of washing. It was controlled strictly.更多还原
