【Abstract】 The scorpion venoms of Buthus martensii Karsch from 3 regions in China were separated by SDS-polyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis,pH4. 5-polyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis and iso-electric focusing electrophoresis. The electrophoregrams shown that there are some differences among the 3 venoms,especially between venoms from Shandong and Liaoning,not only in number of protein tends but also in their qualities of the corresponding components.更多还原
