【Abstract】 A detail investigation was given to vaginal gland on itshistochmical composition, such as glycogen, lipid protein, and acidphosphatase. It resulted that the vaginalgl contained, to a greatextent, the glycogen, whereas no carbohydrate or only mucopolysac-charideexisted in glandulae uterinae and epithelial tissue;vaginal gland alsocontained lipid in granulesl probably secretory actionl which might bephospholipin or the composition mixed with other lipids;at the same time,glanduar organ secreted acid phosphatase, but no protein synthesis andsecretory portion existed.更多还原
