人造卡邦金刚石生长特性
Growth Characteristics of Synthetic Carbon
【摘要】 人造卡邦金刚石生长受合成压力、温度等条件的直接影响:从触媒金属向石墨中浸渍、石墨向金刚石结构转化、金刚石于晶生长王个方面讨论了人造卡邦金刚石的生长特性。根据人造卡邦金刚石生长规律,研究用不同的工艺方法,设计生长具有不问特点和用途的人造卡邦金刚石聚晶体.
【Abstract】 Growth of synthetie carbon is directly effeeted by synthesis pregsure and temperature, etc。Growth characteristics of synthetic carbon is discussed in three aspects :infiltration of catalist metal into graphite,conversion of graphite into diamond structure and diamond seed crystal growth. According to the growth rule ofsynthetic carbon, by different designed methods are developed to produce synthetic carbon polycrystal of differ-ent properties and application。
