【摘要】 牙齿错(牙合)畸形矫治的最佳时间是在10～15岁。年龄越大矫治越困难,矫治后复发可能性越大。自1989年2月～1992年2月收治成年人牙齿错位患者52例,每例病人有一个牙齿发生错位,采用有效矫治手段使错位牙快速到位,而后将52例按入院顺序的奇偶数分成两组。1.观察组即在2～4天的时间内,以3/4金属联冠将被矫治牙与其左右邻牙粘固在一起,彻底消除了错位牙复发的弊端。2.对照组采用正畸科常规保持器的方法对移动到位的牙进行保持。二者比较,观察组使矫洽过程至少缩短了6个月,取得满意效果。同时免除了患者长时间戴保持器影响美容的精神痛苦,受到大龄患者的欢迎。更多还原

【Abstract】 The best period of orthodontlcs for malocclusion was during the age from 10 to 15- order the patient was.more difficult the treatment would be,and the possibiiities pf relapse after the orthodontics would be higher. There were 52 cases of adult’s individual teeth version trom 1989 Feb. to 1992 Feb.in which effeetive method was used to have the versional teeth reached the proper situation rapidly ,theri the 52 cases were di-vided into 2 groups. The observed group utilized 3/4 metal connected crown to stick the orthodontic tooth with lts adjoming teeth together after 2 to 4 days in order to elinimate the relapse. The coiitrol group utilized the regular retaming appliartce to retain the orthodontic tooth- The observed group’s treatment time was shortened at least by 6 months in comparmg with the maintamer for long time.
