【摘要】 观察6例心绞痛发作时心电图伪性改善现象——一种变异性心绞痛的特殊表现。此6例冠心病住院病人男2例、女4例,平均年龄64.1岁(58～71岁)。心绞痛皆为静息性(自发性),胸痛程度严重,持续时间长,消退时间长。6例14例次心绞痛发作时对口含硝酸甘油效果不好,10例次嚼服心痛定有效。心绞痛发作前心电图皆为缺血型ST-T改变,心绞痛发作时心电图ST段复至基线,T波直立,呈“正常心电图”。此改变位于下壁导联1例,前壁导联4例,前加下壁导联1例。伪改善的“正常心电图”于胸痛缓解后2～24小时消失。6例中有1例心绞痛时前壁导联发生伪性改善,随后发生急性前壁心肌梗塞。6例中5例加服心痛定后未再发作。6例全部存活出院。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported six cases of variant angina pectoris.in which the advent of angina pectons erroneously appeured to improve the electrocardiographic presentation. Six patients of CHD includ-ed 2 males and 4 females.aged 58-71(mean 64. Dyears old. The chest pains were spontaneous(at rest)unusually severe,and longer lasting and waning. Nitroglycerin taken suhlingually was ineffec-tive in all patients, but Nifedipine was effective in most patients. ECG s showed ischermc ST-T changes before the attack of chest pain,but ECGs appeared to be"normal "during the attack. One case with false improvement had an inferior wall lesion,four cases had anterior wall lesions.one case had both inferior and anterior wall lesions. An acute anterior Ml occurred nnrnediately in the case with false improvement with an anterior wall lesion. Five patients never had angina attack af-ter administering Nifedipine.
