【摘要】 报告原发性痛风关节炎135例,男134例,女1例。发病年龄21～74岁,平均52岁。其中51.1％肥胖,43.7％伴高血压,25.2％患冠心病,37.8％患有高脂血症,23.7％患肾结石,18.5％有痛风石,15.6％有阳性家族史。血清尿酸测值高。肾清除尿酸水平与肾清除肌酐比值低于正常,治疗后显著升高,血尿酸也随之降到正常水平。提示肾清除尿酸能力减弱可能是本病发病原因之一。87.6％的病例治疗效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose was to study 135 cases of primary gouty arthritis ,134 males and one females. The onset of gout was at 21 to 74 years old,median 52 years. Among these patients, 51. 1% of cases were complicated with obesity .hypertension 43.7 % , ischemic heart disease 25. 2 % , hyperlipemia 37. 8% ,nephrolithiasis 23. 7% .subcutaneous tophi 18. 5%. About 15. 6% patients had family history of gouty arthritis. Measurements of serum uric acid were abnormally high. After medical therapy.the values of fractional clearance of renal urate(CUA/Ccr)were improved and measurements of serum uric acid were decreased to normal range,P<0. 001,and 87.6% patients’ arthritis were relieved. The deficiency of renal uric acid clearance may be involved in the pathogenesis of primary gout.更多还原
