【摘要】 本研究首先观察了中药灌肠方治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。结果显示,中药灌肠治疗组治疗33例,总有效率为81.81％,患者的血液流变学明显改善(P<0.05)。对照组治疗25例,总有效率为68％。两组经X~2检验,差异显著(P<0.05)。为研究中药灌肠方的疗效机理,动物实验检测了大鼠血中尿素氮、肌酐、微量元素、心钠素、性激素、中分子物质含量变化,结果提示,中药灌肠方确为治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的有效方剂,上述生化指标的改善可能是其主要机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research observed the clinical effects of "Enema of Chinese Medicine " on treating chronic renal failure,guided by Professor Chen Yi - qing at first. The results showed 33 patients with "Enema of Chinese Medicime",the totally effective rate was 81. 8% ,Homorrheol-ogy of patients was improved more obviously (P<0. 05). 25 pateints of controlled group, 68%. Laboratory examination; contents of BUN and Cr in blood decreased obviously (P<0. 05).In order to research the effective mechanism of "Enema of Chinese Medicine",the animal experiments obversed the change of contents of BUN.Cr. ZnH , CaH , Fef\ Mg++, atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP)., sex hormone and medium mdeculartoxin substance (MMS) in rat’s blood. The research observed the pathological change of rat’s kindey,too.The result shown that "Enema of Chinese Medicine " was effective decoction to treat chronic renal failure.
