【Abstract】 Diabetic ketoacidosis is one of severe complications of diabetes mellitus. Since it has no specific clinical presentations, it is often misdiagnosed. The precipitating factors, clinical presentations, laboratory results, misdiagnosed causes and treatment process of 82 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis were analyzed in this article. Infections were the main precipitating factor of diabetic ketoacidosis of this group, 40 of 82 cases being precipitated by infections. The mortality of this group was 9.7%.更多还原
