【摘要】 应用ＯｒｔｈｏＫｕｎｇＴ细胞（ＯＫＴ）系列单克隆抗体检测卵巢癌患者外周血Ｔ细胞亚群。结果发现，卵巢癌患者外周血Ｔ细胞表面分化抗原（ＣＤ抗原）ＣＤ４＋细胞显著低于正常妇女，而ＣＤ８＋细胞显著高于正常妇女，ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值则显著低于正常妇女。ＣＤ４＋细胞随肿瘤增大而减少，ＣＤ８＋细胞随肿瘤增大而增加，ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值随肿瘤增大而逐步降低。切除肿瘤后，ＣＤ４＋细胞及ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值明显回升。说明肿瘤负荷与带瘤机体免疫功能抑制有关，消除肿瘤负荷有利于机体恢复免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Peripheral blood T cell subsets of patients with ovarial malignancies were studies by OKT McAb assay. The results were as follows: The counting of peripheral blood CD4￣+ of patients with ovarial malignancies was significantly lower than that of normal women, while the counting of CD8￣+ was higher significantly. CD4￣+/CD8￣+ ratio was significantly lower than that of normal women.The counting of both CD4￣+ and CD4￣+/CD8￣+ ratio were decreased when the tumor was growing, on the contrary, that of CD8￣+ was increased. After tumor resection, the counting of both CD4￣+ and CD4￣+/CD8￣+ratio were elevated significantly. It is concluded that tumor-load is correlated with immuno-suppression of the host,removing tumor-load can enhance the immunity of the host.更多还原
