【摘要】 采用单向免疫扩散法及琼脂平板打孔法分别测定了５２例成人牙周炎患者治疗前后唾液ｓＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ及溶菌酶水平．观察其中３６例中、重度牙周炎非手术治疗和手术治疗术后３月的牙周指数以及远期疗效．结果表明：牙周炎患者治疗前ｓＩｇＡ低于、而ＩｇＧ和溶菌酶高于正常对照组；治疗后１月ｓＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ与正常组已无差异，溶菌酶反低于正常组．手术治疗降低牙周指数大于非手术治疗．结果提示：ＩｇＧ水平与成人牙周炎牙周指数呈正相关．更多还原

【Abstract】 We determined the sIgA and IgG levels by using single phase immunodiffusion test and level of salivary lysozyme by agar plate drilling test in saliva of patients suffering from adult periodonitis. The periodontal indexes and long-term therapeutic effect in 36 cases of moderate and severe periodontitis were examined 3 months after surgical and nonsurgical treatment. Our results showed that the sIgA of these patients was lower but the level of IgG and salivary lysozym were higher than those in control group before the treatment.The IgG level and sIgA level showed no significant difference as compared with control group while the salivary lysosome level was lower than that of the control group 1 month after treatment. The periodontal indexes of surgically treated patients showed greater decrease than that of non-surgically treated patients. Our results suggested a positive relationship between the IgG level and the periodontal indexes.更多还原
