【摘要】 报道一种新的何首乌中二苯乙烯甙含量的测定方法──酶化学发光法。该方法对二苯乙烯甙的检测限量为２．５×１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ标准偏差小于２％，标准回收率在９６％～１０４％之间，线性范围为５．０×１０－７～１．０×１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。测定结果与紫外分光光度法基本一致。本法灵敏度较高，稳定性好，可用于中草药何首乌中二苯乙烯甙含量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method for determination of stilbent using glucose-oxidase-luminol chemiluminescence analysis is presented.The detection limit was 2.5×10￣(-7) mol/L for stilbene,relative standard deviation was less than 2%,the linear range of calibration curve was from5×10￣(-7)to1×10￣(-4)mol/L,with a relative coefficient of 0.999 and the standard recovery was in the rang of 96%￣104%.The method is sensitive and stable and can be applied to determination of stilbene in Polygonum Multiflorum Thumb.更多还原
