【摘要】 本文研究了测定八角莲注射液含糖量的方法、邻甲苯胺法测定其还原糖含量为227mg／10Oml，精密度CV为0．9％，回收率99。2％～102．3％；葡萄糖氧化酶法测定其葡萄糖含量为165mg／100ml，精密度CV为0．8％，回收率100％～101．7％。两种方法准确可靠，简单易行，对确定八角莲注射液的成分有一定实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quantitative analysis of redueing sugar and glucose in Bajiaolian injection are discribed by o-methylaniline method and GODmethod respectively. The content of reducing sugar is 277mg/100ml and that of glucose is 165mg/100ml. These methods are simple and the results are satisfied.更多还原
